Recently a former Collins orchestra student, Marie Daniels, came to Collins to perform on her viola for our students. Marie is currently a student at the Juilliard School. Here is a short video about her visit here.

Honor Orchestra rehearsal is Tuesdays and Fridays from 7:40-8:30 a.m. Rehearsals start promptly at 7:40 a.m. Please plan to arrive early enough to unpack and tune.Â

We welcome donations of orchestra uniforms and equipment. If you will no longer need your orchestra shirt, bow tie, or cummerbund please consider donating them to Collins. We can also use outgrown white shirts, black pants, and sometimes even dress shoes. Music books, shoulder rests, rock stops, and stands can also be donated if they will no longer be used. Thank you for considering us.
